Our “No Need to Return” policy simplifies exchanges.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or poor quality, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund or replacement without needing to return it.
We will promptly issue a refund or ship a replacement for any items purchased within the last 30 days that arrive with issues. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Making changes to your order depends on the status of your order in our system.
A. Adding products to an existing order
Once your order is placed in our system, we are unable to add additional items or change the product type/size due to system limitations. In this case, we recommend placing a separate, new order for the additional items. Please contact us if you need any help with placing an additional order.
B. Removing products from an existing order
If you accidentally added an item you no longer need and your order has not been processed yet, chat with us and we can help remove the item and process a partial refund for approximately the value of that item.
However, if your order is already in the processing stage, we are unable to make changes. In this case, please chat with us as well and we will guide you towards the best solution.

2. Check your fulfilled confirmation emails to get the tracking number. Email title is Order #MD fulfilled or Order #MD** confirmation
3. When we start to ship your package and a tracking number is generated, we will send you an email with the title Order #MD** fulfilled .
