Production & Delivery Timeline

- Production: 3-5 business days to complete custom manufacturing and packaging. Our careful handcrafted process requires dedicated production time per order before shipping.
- Shipping: 7-15 business days in transit from our facilities to your address.

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package in transit and on delivery. Please allow 3-5 days for the first scan as carriers process parcels.
The tracking page updates in real time as your shipment status changes through transit and final delivery.
Delivery Address
You can update the address within 6 hours of ordering by emailing us. Providing accurate details avoids issues. We are not liable for incorrect addresses or returned orders.
